Ericka Mendez is the Senior Director of Operations at Apertor Pharmaceuticals, where she drives strategic initiatives across facilities, safety, and cross-functional operations. With over a decade of experience in biotech and pharmaceutical environments, Ericka has led major lab relocations, built out multimillion-dollar facilities, and implemented critical process improvements that reduce downtime and boost team efficiency. Known for her leadership in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), operational excellence, and team development, she has a track record of transforming infrastructure and logistics into strategic assets. Ericka holds a B.S. in Microbiology with a Chemistry minor from San Francisco State University.
