With more than a decade of experience in facilities management, EH&S leadership, and operational strategy, David specializes in building and scaling research infrastructure for growing biotech organizations. He has led major laboratory construction and expansion initiatives, including large-scale R&D facilities and multi-site operations across the United States. Prior to joining Xaira, David held leadership roles at Lyell Immunopharma, where he managed complex research facilities and drove significant cost savings through operational optimization. He brings expertise in lab operations, physical security, EH&S programs, and large-scale project delivery.
