Stephanie Matyas is Site Head and Director of Lab Operations at IQVIA Laboratories, where she oversees eight analytical departments and drives operational strategy to support global clinical studies. She specializes in forecasting study volumes, resource allocation, and instrumentation planning, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the site. Prior to IQVIA, Stephanie held leadership roles at Q² Solutions, including Director of Lab Operations and Associate Lab Operations Director, and earlier contributed as a Manager in Flow Cytometry and PBMC Medical Laboratory operations. She began her career at Amgen as an Associate Scientist, building a strong foundation in laboratory science and team leadership.
