With extensive experience across both academic and industry environments, Marta specializes in laboratory expansion, space planning, procurement, and regulatory compliance, while implementing robust biosafety and biorisk management frameworks. She has played a key role in improving research productivity through high-throughput screening strategies, robotics integration, and optimized data workflows. Prior to joining Deep Genomics, Marta held research roles at Mount Sinai Hospital (Toronto), where she supported large-scale molecular biology and genomics research initiatives.
