Megan McMaster is Senior Laboratory Operations Manager at NewLimit, overseeing all aspects of laboratory operations, facility management, and team development. Since joining the company over two years ago, Megan has been instrumental in building out new lab spaces, managing construction projects, and optimizing operational efficiency for a rapidly growing team. She excels at wearing multiple hats, balancing financial planning, office management, lab operations, and automation initiatives to maximize resources and space utilization. Megan’s leadership has been key to scaling the lab, hiring and mentoring her operations team, and implementing innovative solutions to support scientific research. Prior to NewLimit, she held senior lab operations roles at MycoTechnology, Inc. and Colorado State University, where she honed her expertise in lab management, team leadership, and operational strategy.
